Tokenisation process
$0X sets up the necessary blockchain permissions as a super admin to initiate the market creation process.

Once the roles are established, the super admin revokes their own powers to prevent any potential foul play or misuse of authority.

The connector, a designated entity, brings the stock onto the blockchain by minting two types of tokens: ECR 1155 and ECR 20. The ECR 1155 token represents the transparent holdings of the stock, while the ECR 20 token serves as the tradable form. The ECR 20 tokens are minted on a one-to-one ratio with the underlying stock holdings.

The certifier, a third party, conducts regular audits to ensure the holdings at the broker align with the issued tokens on the blockchain. These audits occur on a monthly basis. If an audit is missed, the tokens are frozen until the certification process is completed.

Once the certification is successfully completed, the tokens are free to be traded on the market.

Users who wish to participate in trading must pass the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Additionally, in accordance with regulatory requirements for traditional finance exchanges, users may be assessed on their knowledge of investable products to gain access to more advanced products. These aspects are controlled by the Tier system.
