# Approach

$0X is taking a direct and responsible approach by putting regulation first, including VASP approval.

By offering a robust and fully transparent blockchain solution, $0X is fully auditable to anyone at any time, building trust and avoiding secrecy. Within this model, we have the ability to remove risks regulators fear and therefore can create a more compliant model than ever seen before. These benefits are explained here:

$0X is currently conducting research into multiple different jurisdictions and will likely gain file VASP applications in a number of places to make sure $0X's corporate structure is secure. 

Furthermore, the UK’s Digitisation Task Force issued a [report](https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1168398/digitisation_report.pdf) in July 2023 with the objective of making London a home for tokenisation.
